The globally recognized Borussia Dortmund Youth Academy has a strong and proven track record in developing young players to maximize their fullest potential and most importantly equipping them with the fundamental skills, training, and core values which are integral to their proven success and professional development.

According to Thomas Louisy, “Contributing to the development, confidence, and success of players is intrinsic to who I am as a coach.  It has impacted my decision to embark on this new journey and become part of an international academy where are our values are aligned.  I’m looking forward to the contribution of my skills, experience, and demonstrated winning strategies to benefit our players.”
